Omaha Gentle Dentistry

I have been going to Dr. Ross for a long time. I wanted to take a moment to leave some feedback. I think that the appointment system is efficient because you can confirm very easily. The front desk staff has great communication. If they don't have the answer they will find out for you. The hygienist, assistants and Dr. Ross do a great job to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Very informative and educational. All work I've had done has turned out great. No issues at all. I would recommend them 100%. Thank you.

0/10 would not recommend. Would not even return to have them fix the bunk crown. Especially after getting an $1800 bill I was told would be $600. The shape of the crown definitely doesn't not fit with my other teeth and I can't even get a strand of floss between the crown and other teeth without the floss fraying and breaking. I've been to Army dentists that work more efficiently and effectively. This is only the third Omaha area dentist I have been to, but I can assure you, it is not the one. BBB complaint to follow.

Went in today to have a deep cleaning and a couple of cavities filled, and I was very pleasantly surprised with the Novocaine injections, I barely felt it! Highest regards to Dr. Bellinghiere and his staff there, he and his staff explained everything, took the time to actually listen to my requests to ease my anxiety, and laid out a solid plan to fix the rest of my teeth, definitely well worth the money spent!
