Omega Dental

I recently visited Omega Dental on September 3rd after an urgent need to address a broken tooth and an accompanying infection. Despite my efforts to find another provider, Omega Dental was the only office that accepted my insurance and could offer a prompt appointment. Called multiple times to speak to someone to make an appt. After not getting thru, and leaving 4 separate messages in 2 weeks. Never got a call back. And when I did reach the receptionist I was put on hold INDEFINITELY (3 separate times). Trash employees for sure!!! Poor business ethic all around! These doctors should really step up and fire the office people! Update: after getting work done here I formed a huge infection in 3 teeth that were filled incorrectly! I broke one other tooth which they filled! I’m now paying out of pocket for 4 root canals because of their mistakes! DO NOT GO THERE!!!

I do not recommend this place to anyone , my daughter is 15 y/o and had a 1 y/o dental cleaning also had a crown and it came of 3 times that tells me that their material its not good enough !
