Ora Dental Studio

This place is horrendous. Don’t even waste your time here. No one answers the phone, the staff is rude (front desk and hygienists). They never have a consistent dentist in the office. The dentists I’ve seen here have been a combination of rude and careless. They will tell you you need tons of work after a cleaning (wanted to redo all my old fillings) and when I got a second opinion from a new dentist, they had told me there was nothing wrong with my old fillings. They just want your money. There is no honesty here and quite frankly there is nothing good about their staff. Go elsewhere!

I had a terrible experience getting my teeth cleaned. The dental assistant Gloria hurt my gums while flossing my teeth. She was pushing the floss very hard and deep into my teeth and gums, and I had to tell her to stop. She was also coughing a lot and at one point she took off her mask and coughed right on my face. This is super unsanitary. I had been coming here for a few years prior to this, and I will not be returning after this time.

Had a reasonable teeth cleaning (4 stars) at Ora once. But I’ve scheduled appointments there twice and *both times* I’ve shown up to be told the appointment isn’t on their books and I need to reschedule. Most recently, it seems the appointment was cancelled because I confirmed it over the phone, not via text. There’s literally not one other service provider where I’ve had a similar experience, so I don’t think I’m the problem here. Major waste of time.
