Textbook insurance moochers. Would avoid at all costs. On the bill there was a $100 for “oral hygiene instructions” went to another dentist, said my teeth were fine.

Dr. Bortz, Dr. Yoon, and the hygienists are great, especially Julie. The office is consistently clean and cleanings are done well. Staff are all friendly. The only thing area that might be able to use improvement is preparedness for the 8am (first) appointments. Staff and doctors are walking in right at 8:00am and it seems to create a minor delay in getting started with those early appointments. But everything else is great, been coming here for 9 years and I'll remain here! I recommend them for crowns as well, they do a fantastic job.

I've been coming here for 2 years. Justin and his Team are excellent. No complaints about their work. My issue now is their poor customer service. I had to cancel an appt via the portal which worked fine, but the re-scheduling process was abysmal. No times for any dates are listed on the portal so a message is apparently sent and a reply is promised. I received no reply. I then left 2 voicemails over the next few day and received no call-back. I managed to reach somebody on the weekend who is apparently part of your after-hours call-center. They were unable to schedule an appt but promised someone would call me Monday - again, no return call was made. I finally reached one of your Receptionists this morning and after stating my complaints, received no apology for my troubles??!!?? Management might like to follow-up on this because it's pretty basic service and doesn't reflect too favorably on your reputation.
