Overall the process for my daughter has been stress free. The staff is patient and kind when working with her and her dental anxiety. We love Nora!! She is the BEST!! She's so fun and my daughter absolutely adores her!! She's made my daughter so comfortable with the process, never hesitates to let her know exactly what she is doing, what the tools are for and what's coming up next. My daughter now looks forward to coming to her orthodontic appointments and can't wait to chat it up with Nora!!
