I had my first appointment with Dr Chris Kim yesterday, 10/05/23 and I was referred to go to him by my friend who has been seen him for a long time.I am terrified of the dentist as I had a bad experience when I was younger. When I arrived for the appointment they were very welcoming and gave me a feeling of comfort that I would be okay. They explained everything that they were doing and we did a plan of care to get it accomplished. Thank you for helping me feel safe and giving me the personal care you provided me. Thank you

Mr. Kim nearly ruined my life by doing an un necessary costly procedure that left me with an extremely uncomfortable bite, I could barely chew my food. When I returned with the issue, he blamed me and told me “don’t bite down.” I’m trying to prevent even just one person from that awful experience. This was years ago and I’m still suffering from the same issue. Please seek an experienced professional dentist. My old dentist retired and I wish I never went to Osuna dental care.
