Very helpful and EXTREMELY nice! My daughter was scared when we walked in the office but once she saw how nice everyone was she started to feel comfortable! Extremely recommend! They answer all your questions with no hesitation. You don’t feel rushed or ignored! Can’t wait to see my daughters results.! 1000/10
From the moment I inquired about treatment for my son, everyone we have encountered has been extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr Otto and her team are all so patient and that’s very satisfying for me since my son has a really bad gag reflex. They helped relax and reassure him and he felt confident to continue. We originally planned for more to get accomplished in the visit but after my baby had a hard time, they simply made another appointment for the next part no sweat no worries! Thanks to Chrissy for being so professional but so gentle and nurturing with my son and everyone who pitched in when things got a little messy????My son says he has the number 1 orthodontist in STL and I agree❣️
Greeted with a smile and words of encouragement as I felt nervous. Tori was very informative and thorough in giving her instructions. Felt very comfortable with treatment plan.
