Owl Orthodontics Amherst

I was visiting the office to have my attachments removed and digital pictures for my retainer. The office staff greeted me and saw me immediately. Everyone was polite and professional. I’m happy to be done with my treatment and had a great experience working with several of the office staff. I would highly recommend if in need of dental or orthodontist services.

Admin staff is rude and uncaring. A bunch of Karens. Charging almost $1,000 to remove the braces without a retainer and that was communicated to me so disgustingly like "oh well". I used a tool from Amazon that was $12 to remove them myself within 10 minutes just so i could be able to go to the dentist for a cavity. I let them know many months in advance I was experiencing a pandemic related hardship. No help then, no help now. Shame on them.

Had my Invisalign treatment done with Owl. Needed them for slightly longer than expected. I go away for school but Owl always allowed me to schedule around my breaks. Was nice to be able to go to any location that worked best for myself (my main was the Hopkins location). Everyone is nice and very professional. Very happy with my Invisalign treatment at Owl!
