Dr. Kolter is very knowledgeable! The staff is wonderful & personable. Michelle & Eva were able to fit me right in during a dental emergency! Dr. Mike & Manny are always able to help out when I need them. Wonderful all around family dental services. Highly recommend!

The office was clean and very comforting. The lady in front desk was so friendly and respectful I enjoyed her assistance. Also , the care and treatment they provided was great they had me laughing while my visit lasted. I will definitely recommend “ Palm Valley Dental “ to you, my family and friends. Poor customer service. They hung the phone up on me today I was in the middle of getting a filling and a partial Bridge put in, they just pick and choose what they were going to submit to the insurance and told me I had to pay for the filling and not submit it, write a grant and tell him I need the parcel done and the teeth pulled out the bottom, . she got quiet and hung up. Now the other person I know they put her on hold for 10 minutes as in the process were driving to their place and she walked in on hold and face them I seriously doubt that the dentist doesn't even know what her staff is doing to people on the phone.
