I came here for every emergency situation I have had. they keeps a great set of staff with great humor if I could give 100 stars I would.

I must say this is the best dentist you can go to I had to get my wisdom tooth pull I was very nervous about going but the staff was very friendly and the price was reasonable. The dentist that pulled my tooth done an excellent job I didn’t feel anything before or after my procedure. I would recommend this dentist to anyone they are excellent! Thanks to Palmetto Dentist for welcoming me to your office I will be back soon????

First I want to say I love Dr. Furgess. She was very kind, upfront and professional with me. However, I do agree with the statements that the front desk staff can be a little bit unprofessional. My x-rays were supposed to get sent to another doctor I was referred to by Dr. Furgess and they just never were. I had to get new xrays taken. The place is filthy and carpeted which I didn't like but looked past. Then they called to confirm my appointment and told me I'd have to pay upfront and would later be reimbursed for what my insurance pays. But I'll have to pay 600 dollars up front. I don't have 600 dollars to throw around and hopefully get back sometime soon. I had to cancel. I honestly think that's really unprofessional and I've never been to another healthcare provider that's expected the same thing. I liked this place for a lot of reasons, but there are enough reasons for me to walk away. If you're looking for a new dentist, I wouldn't pick this one.
