We’ve been patients for 10 years. Since the pandemic the billing and reception has been horrendous. They’ve stalked us for payment for things covered by insurances. The quote and we pay each visit so there is no lingering expense. Then they come at us with two years of bills. It was an error. I am very fearful of the Dentist, one hygenist is an amazing woman and kind but too rough for me. I almost had a panic attack in her chair. I was clear while I love her as a human she’s not for me. I only want one specific person. My person called out and instead of calling and telling me, I would have kindly rescheduled. I traveled from BK to the office they put me with the person I’m not comfortable with. With no regard to the clear instructions in my profile. I walked out, won’t come back. They’ve lost all touch with service and attention to detail. I asked to speak with the doctor who owns the practice as he took care of me for years. I want him to know why our family is leaving

Scheduled an appointment as a new patient for a cleaning. Every step of the process was so easy. I was emailed all of my paperwork before hand so that I was able to easily complete it and just show up for my appointment and not worry about filling out or signing paperwork when I arrived. The office was very clean and the staff were very friendly and professional. Olga was the hygienist and she was so thorough and informative. Dr. Rodriguez was amazing and answered all of my questions and concerns. Highly recommend this office!
