I have never experienced such shockingly poor customer service from any business, let alone a medical practice. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid this orthodontist’s office at all costs. The follow-up process? Practically nonexistent. Good luck getting a timely response—if you even get one at all. More often than not, you'll be met with endless voicemail greetings instead of an actual human. I’ve left messages, followed up multiple times, and still been met with radio silence.

The best Orthodontist. They all treated me kindly. If I needed it any attention before my appointment I just called and was taking care of. In a short time already saw results. I am in my 60s and have had braces twice before in my life! (Ugh, I know my parents are rolling in their graves at the time and expense -and I didn't wear my retainer. ) Anyway, after always admiring others’ great smiles, having some crowded teeth chipping others , and a warning from my general dentist that crowded teeth are much harder to clean and can lead to gum issues-( these are the problems I remember my grandparents talk about☹️), I decided to investigate corrective dental options. I had an evaluation with Smile Direct, but they do not correct the whole mouth-all teeth and bite.
