My primary dentist. Almost one year with this office. When I arrive on appointments , I should always wait around one hour, sometimes more. These guys are making wait all customers. They also always propose you expensive treatment or additional services. So be ready to waste a lot of time with waiting. In all, they do their job, but I am not satisfied. Last time, they started to treat the wrong tooth, and nobody asked what my concern about.

this is a very honest review, I myself am a business owner as well, so I do not like to leave reviews that could potentially harm a business I was a patient at the hialeah location, everything was perfectly fine. I moved over to South Miami due to appointments being closer. The attention is not the same you call and they give you an attitude or leave you on hold for a long time. I’ve been calling for weeks trying to get my panoramic and a few other things from my history for my new dentist. I had to call numerous times to get it it took me about two weeks of me calling every couple of days to remind them, after finally getting it, I cannot open the attachments so here I am calling 30 minutes prior to my new dental office appointment and the girl answers the phone and says on a Tuesday and she’s there by herself and I’m only giving her about a 30 minute grace period to send me an email lol mind you I had called last week and they left me on hold for over 20 minutes.
