Dr. Matejka has got to be the MOST unprofessional woman I've ever dealt with. Making comments about what someone is experiencing is absolutely NOT okay. She said loudly "what is that?" And caused her patient to feel uncomfortable. How dare you!! You absolutely need to back to school and learn how you talk to someone thats coming to you for HELP! NOT OKAY!! Will not be returning, but I will be sharing this experience!! Unprofessional!!

If I could give a zero I would. They didn't wait for numbing solution to kick in before trying to extract my teeth. I told them I have TMJ and it takes a bit for me to get numb. He gave me 4 full injections and only waited about 5 minutes total to try and start to take my teeth (I was hardly numb). It's been a few days now,my jaw is still killing me but I can open my mouth now. I still have the teeth I was supposed to get out and now have to go to a surgeon to get them removed.

Most of the time my visits are great and everyone is professional and friendly. This visit was quite a bit different. I am waiting for a knee surgery to get scheduled and I needed to pick up some paperwork. So I parked and crutched my way to the building. I the teller had me approach his work area and got some information from me. I asked him what I needed to ask him and he was like " uh I don't know". Seriously! In my opinion he does not have enough experience.
