By far, the BEST pediatric practice! My nieces & nephews all go to PDA Birmingham & get top tier service every single visit. They are greeted & recognized when they walk in the door, the kids are comfortable the entire time. Each department goes above & beyond to meet the needs of my family, from the front desk all the way to the back! The ladies in scheduling who called to confirm our appointments were super friendly & professional. Brooke & Jamaria at the front desk always greet us with smiles & are thorough when questions arise. We would love to name a specific Hygienist, but we’ve loved seeing them all (Robyn, Yousha, Jill, Nina, & Marianna)! All 3 doctors at this office are fantastic (Dr. K & Dr. Boyd & Dr. Lopez), but my babies have always seen Dr. K who has been completely thorough & has the best patient care, even when they were anxious their first visit! This office is a special place & your babies will feel that upon walking in. 10/10 recommend! ❤️
I absolutely love this place! And so does my kids. It's always clean and they are always professional. We left Vital Smiles and so glad we did!
From the time I walked in to the time I checked out everyone was so nice! Both of my kids enjoy coming.
