Dr. Arias and his staff are fabulous. They are very professional, skilled and friendly. My family has been very pleased with their service for many years.

We are so happy we found Dr. Arias , he is very  friendly,  so good, and patient explaining everything you need to know and will answer any concern you may have. He won't rush and even takes the time to know a little bit about the patients ( so rare these days )  We also really appreciate the birthday wishes video from Dr. Arias, even before our first visit ! Pediatric  Dentistry of the Treasure Coast and Orthodontisc  is a real gem,  everyone is so nice, Diana gave us a full tour,  the place is very clean and fun for kids, she is so kind and also took her time going step by step explaining everything to my daughter and thanks to her all my daughter concerns went away, she even offered a blanket to make her feel more comfortable, I can honestly say that we haven't had this amazing service ever !  Appoiments reminders are great. Registration via text messages will save you time and is so easy to do. If you aren't 100% happy with your kid's current Dentist office I urge you to give them

Best experience for my toddler’s first appointment, she’s 2.5yrs old. The doctor was amazing, super sweet and gentle. My daughter was not scared not one bit and she’s a true pandemic baby, she is not used to being out and around people and sometimes she can get a bit scared of new environments. She was smiling and talking to everyone in the office. Everyone was super nice, the dental assistant that brush her teeth, he was gentle and walk through the process. The front receptionist was very welcoming and nice. Office super clean and kid friendly, with cute themed rooms and TVs on top of the chairs so when they lay for their cleaning they can watch. Would recommend this office 1000000%.
