Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics of Chattanooga - Downtown

Well what can I say?We have had good service until now.My son just had three teeth extracted at a location in fort Oglethorpe.That wasn't the issue.The agreed upon amount for the extraction was 425.00 for the anesthesia and then 88.00 for the extraction.They have to have your card on file so they can charge you.That wasn't the issue.The issue was that they charged an extra 100.00 for the procedure because they said it took a little longer which is bogus.They had to have payment so they went ahead and were charging our card.Very sleazy and unscrupulous business practice to "gotcha" somebody after you have payed almost 500 dollars .We will be spreading the news about this.They did resolve this issue.

I likened this practice to a “well oiled machine” because that is how the appt rolls. Everyone is ready for me and greet me warmly. When the techs are done, Dr. McDaniel is also ready for me, citing that “he does not want his patients to have to wait”. This man is professional, kind, great bedside manner and incredibly caring. And does great work. Definitely 5 stars and a very enthusiastic 2 thumbs up ???? ????

My children love going to the dentist because of this office. From the time you walk in the door, they immediately make you feel comfortable, and we have never had a long wait. The office staff are kind, friendly and helpful. Each hygienist we have seen have been gentle with the children and make them feel completely at ease. Dr. Fred is the best. He has always been great with the kids and answers each and every question with patience and wisdom. While the kids are waiting, they can play games or stare out the window at Lookout Mountain! Could not ask for a better Pediatric Dentistry!
