Used to be good, now everytime we come we are waiting an hour or more to be seen. What is the point of scheduling appointments if we have to wait over an hour. I’m here with my 5 year old son right now and we have been waiting for an hour and a half this time. Def looking for a new dentist for the both of us. I can walk in somewhere else and get seen faster than this. I’m pissed
I’ve been going to this dentist out of convince for about 4 years and it has gotten progressively worse every year. Now they only schedule on Fridays, and here I am on Friday coming to the office only for it to be closed and no one is answering the phone. On top of that I just made the appointment last week. Just horrible and should be shut down permanently
the rudest doctors ive ever been to. the dentist literally yelled at me for asking about why i was randomly being charged after being told everything was free. never experienced this. pretty gross.
