Perfect Smile - Dentist in Tulsa, OK

Awesome experience. Very technologically advanced and everyone was extremely pleasant, including the Dentist. I’m happy I found them on ZocDoc. Not 5 stars bcuz I have to wait for my service through no fault of the provider. Go here for dental care.

Went in today to have my teeth cleaned as usual Dr. Davis and his team were very professional and very friendly. The exam room was neat and clean. It was a pleasure to be there!

This was my first visit to establish a new dentist as my previous one had retired. When I arrived, I paid for the service of x-ray, exam and cleaning. I did get the x-ray and exam, but did not get the cleaning, as I was told I needed additional treatment. I have not ever been to an initial dentist visit and not received a cleaning, one in which I did pay for, only to be told I need to come back for a much more costly procedure. I was offered a refund, but it's not about the money, its about doing what you say you are going to do and honoring the service that was initially agreed upon, while I was there, except to be told I need to set another appointment to come back. Very disappointing for a first time visit. If you are considering this establishment, I would encourage you to make sure you understand that you may not get what you paid for upon arrival. I was only told this after I had paid. Come on, Perfect Smile, I know you can do better.
