Perfect Smile Doc

Unprofessional! I should have known by the 'new' look to the waiting area and the fact they still use charts! I have private insurance yet they had me waiting months to then find out that the prior auth was never resolved. The only reason I went there was because my older daughter had gotten braces there years ago. I didn't realize it is a different owner now. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! An hour after I wrote the first part to this review, I call the office for my daughter's records. 10 mins later I get a call from the office manager, which was a very nice lady named Samantha. Too bad I didn't get to speak to her the other day when I asked to speak to a manager. Hopefully I get the records asap.

The front desk, and the nurses were always super nice and welcoming, could call at anytime with any questions I had and Dr.Gale was great overall I'm happy with my treatment results

This review is to thank and praise the orthodontist assistant Kimberley. She went above and beyond her duties to make sure I received my retainers the same day as de-bonding. Kimberly, was extremely kind, outgoing, informative, and caring. Definitely one of the best staff I have came across at Perfect Smile. She was an exceptional dentist assistant.
