Very pleasant staff. Alice carefully explained my treatment plan, the billing and each procedure. Clearly she is a conscientious dental hygienist.
This place canceled my appointments twice!!! I’ve waited patiently for two months then all of a sudden their clinic is closed on the date my appointment is scheduled by. I came early to the clinic and there was nobody there!!!! I looked on google to see their clinic hours and it said they should open. I called customer service and they told me they’re closed. Unbelievable, this place does not keep their patients updated!!!
I’ve never had anything good to say about a dentist till now, Dr. Alex Goude is the best dentist! He listens to your concerns and takes care of you 110%. I would recommend him to anyone needing a good dentist! Also his staff is the friendliest and nicest group, they go the extra mile in caring for their patients. Anytime I’ve called with an emergency or just needing a cleaning I am seen right away with no problems. I will never go anywhere else!
