Perfect Teeth Dental & Orthodontics for Kids

We signed up for braces here since they had a full arcade, it made it fun to come to the dentist. Over the last year they have had multiple changes in doctors and ownership and the shifts have shown. The arcade has gone downhill and only 1-2 games work now but they still have it all set up. Not refilling prize machines and the games that work no longer give tickets. The prize counter is bare. It’s really sad. Either bring the arcade back or take it out. It just looks like management doesn’t care.

Front desk was rude and dull and for our first time there, we are highly disappointed. They couldnt even smile or greet us when we walked in. Not worth the 20 minute drive. Our son is only 2 so we were looking for a child friendly dentist that we could hopefully go to for the next 10 years at least, but sadly we will have to continue our search. We will not be back.

We had the BEST experience!! Such a fun environment and the staff was amazing. Highly recommend! My 3 year old son can’t wait to go back. ***EDIT*** I wrote this review 2 years ago. Since then the place has gone WAY down hill. Front desk wasn’t friendly, they took us back late after their lunch break, bathrooms were nasty, none of the games work except the walking dead one which isn’t really appropriate for any young kids, during cleaning my son was gargling and gagging and ended up swallowing the toothpaste because she wasn’t suctioning it out just was telling him he was “almost done” I actually had to say, “I think he’s ready for suction”. We moved and were making the drive because we used to love this place. Safe to say we will be finding a new dentist.
