Took us months to be able to schedule an appointment for my daughter. She walked around for weeks with a started root canal while she waited. Once the day of our appointment finally arrived, I took off of work early and drove the 30 minutes to get to the appointment only to find the offices closed with no one in sight. No note on the door or call cancelling our appointment. Frankly unprofessional and disappointing. Think twice about scheduling here.
I had an excellent experience with this group. The staff was friendly and efficient. The Doctor was Amazing, he explained each step of the procedure as he was working and completed everything in a short amount of time. My recovery period is going very well. I would defiantly recommend this group to my friends and family.
Dr. Olsen is a wonderful oral surgeon and a very kind and caring person. I was so impressed with the the doctor in the efficient and professional way that he performed my tooth extraction. He phoned me that evening to follow up and make sure all was well. I would send any of my friends and family to him if they needed a good oral surgeon.
