Horrible in professionalism! I went for a service and they require all new patients to do an X-ray and even though I mentioned that I did have an X-ray already, they still performed it without checking eligibility with the insurance and then I get an "unpaid bill statement". The office is not cooperative at all in resolving my conern despite me reaching out to them multile times over the past couple of weeks now they are threatening me that they will send my statement to collectors!
Dr K and her staff are great! They are friendly, professional and listen to your needs. I highly recommend them.
Perfect Teethe called me when they had a cancellation and got me in quickly. Dr K found the problem with a hurting tooth and did a crown prep on the spot. No waiting for several days with a toothache. Everyone in the office was congenial and professional.
