Perfect Teeth - Monaco & Evans

If I could give a 0 rating for the Orthodonics I would. This is the 2nd time in a year that the Orthodontist quit. Both times I had to wait for 2 months plus for a appointment. Horrible customer service, can not get ahold of a real person at the office. I emailed the office manager and corporate office several times. The Office Mgr finally called me. I saw another earlier review stating they want their money back so they can go elsewhere. I did request this when I spoke to the Office Manager. She said she was going to email a request and would get back to me. I did not hear from her, go figure. Yesterday, I called and the Office Manager answered the phone. Omg, almost fell off my chair. I did pick up my trays and I am trying to transfer to the Brighton location which is very far from my house. I cant take this incompatance any longer. I am writing a complaint to the Dental board.

My first time with this dental service. Loved the experience. Everyone was so nice & courteous especially Sharod (sp?) & Dr J. So happy I chose this location.

Absolutely fantastic job. I got in and got out really quick. Thorough cleaning and even a fluoride brush. Thanks for the awesome cleaning and everything.
