I am a first time client and had a very delightful experience. The CSRs, dental hygienist, and Dr. Kang were all very kind and efficient. The facility had a very homey feeling and everyone was very friendly. I truly never write reviews online but i left this place feeling very happy. Definitely would recommend them.

Why do I think it will get any better?? Again I go in for an appointment and again I’m not on the schedule!! Last time I waste my time on these ————-!! Sick of the sorry do you want to reschedule ? NO I WANT TO BE SEEN NOW for my appointment that I made 2 months ago!! Horrible absolutely horrible don’t waste your time!!

This dental office has gone downhill. I’ve been going to this place for over a decade and never experienced staff so unprofessional. I spoke with two office staff one name Julia and the other named Nikita. Both staff were rude. Neither one of them allow me to speak to the doctor. Julia expressed if I don’t like what’s being told to me then to go to another dentist office which I will certainly do. It’s not the doctor fault. But if he has staff who won’t allow you to email him or to talk to him it’s bad for business. Julia expressed to me everything stop with her and there’s no need to speak to the doctor because he would agree with her anyway. She then proceeded to laugh in my ear and hung up on me. All of this because they never sent me text messages about my appointment, never emailed me before my appointment and called within 24 hrs of my appointment. Just be mindful of the support staff and how uncomfortable they would make you feel.
