I had not been to the dentist in a LONG time and was very anxious about going. Dr. Ridge put me at ease and got me set up with everything I needed. The rest of the team is just as strong. Everyone at the front desk is so helpful and easy to get in touch with to make and adjust appointments. Highly recommend.

The staff was not upfront and forthright with the type of services that they were billing me for. I told them I wanted a routine cleaning and they told me my insurer would cover the services after I paid them in advance. I later learned that theydid a special periodontal cleaning which my insurer would not cover me for because of a waiting period. So I was completely out of the $200 that they billed me for out of pocket. Totally dishonest!

I had my wisdom teeth removed at Philadelphia Dentistry today and I’ve never had a worse experience at a dentist (or any other type of doctor) in my entire life. The post procedure and post appointment care was horrible - my prescription was called in to the wrong pharmacy and the doctor only prescribed an antibiotic and over-the-counter pain medicine even though I was only given a local anesthetic during the procedure. It took me two hours after my appointment to sort these issues out. When I voiced my dissatisfaction with the quality of care and service that I received to a receptionist, she got defensive. Both my girlfriend and I planned to have lots of work done here over the next few months, but we will be finding a new dentist after this horrible experience.
