Came here for a consultation. We left after meeting the "doctor". My son already had braces on, all we wanted was for this "doctor" to finish the work since we moved here from another state in the late stages of my son's dental treatment. This "doctor" suggested that my son needed surgery on his jaw to correct his bite (which was a lie) and he said no orthos in Spokane use the kind of braces my son had (also a lie) so we would have to remove everything and start from scratch. Thankfully, my intuition and common sense told me to respectfully reject this "doctor's" opinion and take our business elsewhere. We had wonderful results with the exact same braces and a VERY professional doctor who treated us with so much respect, therefore I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MAGNUSON ORTHODONTICS. She and her staff are amazing. PHIPPS ORTHODONTICS TRIED TO RIP US OFF!! DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY. The lady at the front desk is sweet but her boss is a crook! DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS.

Dr. Phipps' staff are great at explaining procedures, scheduling appointments, and accommodating changes. They worked with me to adjust payments according to my dental plan and flexible spending account requirements. Based on the positive experience with our first one in braces, we decided to put all 4 kids through Dr. Phipp's care.

Dr Phipps and his staff have treated all three of our children. We found him to be thorough with his exams and treatment plans. The treatment plans were explained in detail and anytime we had questions they were answered immediately. We love Dr. Phipps and his staff and always feel like we are treated with the up most care. We highly recommend Dr Phipps! Kim Anderson and kids with beautiful smiles!
