After calling three other orthopedic offices, it was Pickering and Allen who saved the day for me. I suddenly broke my permanent retainer and couldn't find a local orthodontist who could fix it in a timely manner (having a metal wire perpetually poking your tongue is no fun). Despite me not even being one of their patients, Pickering and Allen was able to schedule me in the same day I called and was able to fix my retainer both promptly and inexpensively. One other orthopedic office wanted me to get a completely new retainer two weeks later (and bafflingly they couldn't even promise me that they could finish the procedure!). The entire staff here was very friendly and helpful! Overall, Pickering and Allen gave me the best emergency orthopedic service that I'd ever had hands down!

I am originally from Texas, but I am currently living in TN for college. Finding temporary healthcare options has been difficult, so when my permanent wire retainer started to come undone, I started to stress. I called Pickering & Allen and they were able to work me in quickly and made the process extremely easy and peaceful. Their staff and Dr. Allen were extremely kind and helpful! The office was nice and clean! Great experience! Highly recommend!
