It was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and Dr McGonigle explained everything in an easy to understand way. She adjusted my partial and it made a huge difference in my comfort when wearing them. As always it was wonderful. Very accommodating and helped me with an unexpected issue.
I have always been happy with the customer service and friendly staff but this week they went above and beyond. When they had to reschedule an appointment, they made sure to get me in when it was convenient for me. They also worked very hard to get me in for a filling. So many places are missing their customer service but not Pima Family Dentistry!
The entire staff at Dr McGonigle’s office is friendly and accommodating. Becki gets my teeth sparkling clean and gives me great advice for my dental hygiene routine at home. First class all the way!
