Pine Dentistry & Braces

I went to the appointment on the 22nd of September and they asked me for a document from the cardiologist in the past. I took my daughter to the cardiologist, and the doctor gave me a letter telling about my daughter's condition. This was on the 7th of September. On the same day, I went to the dentist and gave them the letter. At the time of the appointment on September 22, I went to the appointment. At first, they denied that I gave them the letter, and when I insisted on my opinion and searched on the computer, they found the letter, and then they said that they did not accept the letter, no, it does not have a stamp. My question is, they took the letter from the 7th to the 22nd, long enough for them to call me on the phone or email to tell me, but wait until the day of the appointment. I've been to this location multiple times, and the wait times are getting worse. Today, we waited 80 minutes after our scheduled appointment time to be seen for a cleaning. This is absolutely ridiculous. They never have enough staff present to conduct appointments. To make matters worse, we had an appointment with the orthodontist, which was scheduled months prior only to arrive and find out the appointment was canceled and nobody notified us. Hopefully, they can get their office properly staffed to get patients the care and services they need in a timely manner.

I go to dental offices a lot and this is the worst office i’ve been to. Front desk lady does not know what she’s doing. Staff unprofessional. I called and asked if they do the procedure I need to get done the lady told me yes. I went into the office and they had me fill out a thousand papers and wait for so long just for the assistant to casually tell me oh we don’t do this procedure here. I complained but no one cared enough to even apologize.
