Absolutely terrible terrible! Front desk staff lack empathy and etiquette. It took me practically 1hr to get there. I left my house at 7:10am for an 8am appointment. All the school zones, traffic, construction and detour. Only for them to turn me away while in the parking lot. My GPS had me going in circles for 5 minutes. When the lady called back you can tell she was fuel with animosity. I told her I was in the parking lot, her response was "we'll have to reschedule " her mannerism was off putting, so I told her I don't want to reschedule with their office. I will just find someone else closer to home. I literally drove from Lake Nona ????. Her response was "you do that" how professional of you KAREN!

Hello, my name is Alina and today I want to express my gratitude to Dr. Rosario and his assistant Sasha for their exceptional work. After a bad previous experience, I was very scared and afraid of dentists, but Dr. Rosario learned about my negative experience and did everything possible to make me comfortable and pain-free. I didn't feel anything during the root canal treatment and was relaxed the whole time. My dentist was very pleased with his work. Dr. Rosario is a true professional!
