absolutely wonderful staff! everyone from the front desk, to assistants, to dentist, and orthodontist. they were so kind, patient, and understanding. definitely will be going back
I've had several appointments with kool smiles, but today Martha help my daughter to put 4 star's on her right side she did EXCELLENT from calling my daughters name to when she was finished doing her job!! Great employee made me feel like my daughter was her priority and i LOVED this appointment witH Martha THANK U for the great experience!!????
HORRIBLE SERVICE! The appointments at this place are always far from being professional, every 5 minutes the doctor was leaving the room ( she left me with my mouth open for long time), I don't know if she was attending another patient at the same time or if she was just having fun outside the room, and in the only time she was with me, she stopped what she was doing to answer question to the people around, and this makes me Question their work and professionalism, I felt very uncomfortable with it every time I was there. Last month I was there for a filling, they hurt me so bad that still today I’m in pain, my jaw hurts and the fillings look very bad and is painful. Please be careful before you go to this place or do research of the doctors. (no stars at all)
