They are terrible. Honestly if you want to scare your children for life they would be a good option. If you are okay with random people picking up your five year old child that is scared to death and putting him on the floor because she can't deal with him and saying she isn't going to baby him because he is scared of them I would choose them if you want your child to cry after leaving because they don't care what they say or do till the child leave there area because they are scared to death of the people

Let's start with I have NEVER left a review in my 35 years but this place is so awful I had to warn the next parent. They pulled my son's tooth on Thursday. His mouth swelled up and changed 3 different colors for four days! I had to take him to emergency on Easter. He had an abscess in his mouth when they pulled the tooth and they didn't provide antibiotics or Tylenol. Not to mention I was there for over 2 hours for this awful job

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I've had my braces for over 2 years and it's constant rescheduling, 4-6 months in-between adjustments. They can't keep a reliable Dr in office. Phones never get answered. My whole process has been a nightmare and this really should have of been a smooth process. Care versus cost its not worth it !
