I had to change Dentist only because of geography and convenience. As my previous dentist was very good. I decided to try Platinum Care Dental. I have been in service business all my life. Treat people the way you wanted to be treated. NO the Golden Rule is treat people better. The face of this office Melanie was great. Ericka the Hygenist never left my side. It was also her 8 year work anniversay congradulations, the person who hired you also deserves equal credit. Dr.Romo introduced himself with a handshake. He explained in detail what steps he would take to fix my permanent retainer. He has a very charismatic way making you feel comfortable. Him and his staff are advocates of care and kindness.
