I had a retreat root canal done yesterday, and have had zero pain afterward. Dr. Franco has the nicest bedside manner and had the greatest skills to go along with the kindness. I highly recommend using him for your endodontics!

Dr. Chavez had been great but it seem like they need to hire more competent people that can schedule appointments correctly. In 3 different occasions I’ve made an appointment for a certain procedure and when I come in they realized they scheduled it wrong. Multiple times they’ve cancelled my appointment the day of. Now, they charge you a cancellation fee when you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment but they can cancel you the day of? Today when I expressed my frustration to the front desk, she didn’t really seem to care when I let her know I was supposed to have this appointment 6 weeks ago. I’ve had the same Invisalign retainers for the last 7 weeks (they need to be changed every week ) but due to their mistakes i Have to wait 2 more weeks. Update: It has been over a week and still no calls from the Doctor or office manager. I have been calling every day to address the issue and they refuse to talk to me. Such a positive feeling in the office and all the staff are professional, gentle and knowledgeable. They made billing/insurance coordination easy. I especially like Dr. Chavez and will refer him to all my friends and family.
