I ended up at Platinum Dental on an emergency and was taken care of by Dr. Nordstrom and her assistant Jamie. They were amazing! They got me right in the same day and did the root canal on the spot. Dr. Nordstrom explained every part of the procedure as it was happening and was so gentle with my extra sensitive teeth. Plus she has tiny hands which made an otherwise nerve racking experience very comfortable. Jamie is such a delight and took great care of me. Their front desk manager Austin went above and beyond and called the next day to check in on me. Exceptional service! State of the art equipment. But mostly really kind and trustworthy staff - Highly recommend!
