Dr. Valencia May and Hygienist Shelly and Staff members always provide EXCELLENT service. I been going here over 7 years ???? They are very understanding and caring. Shelly the Hygienist shared with me a situation where she has taken a patient herself to the emergency room for care. That’s Awesome ???? Dr. May always greets you with a smile ????

Went in to get routine care, and was suggested to take care of a cavity. I was told by Mrs. May that it didn’t look that bad so I figured it would be easy. Long story short she started on my mouth left me for an hour+ to go work on another patient then came back rushing and drilled too deep, which caused me major pain where I couldn’t sleep, no pain meds, Orajel or anything worked. I went back to get it checked out and she wouldn’t listen to my concerns about the treatment she provided. She blamed it on something else,and said she couldn’t find an issue. So I left in EXCRUCIATING pain with no solution. I literally had to go to another dentist and get a root canal on a tooth that would have been fine if I never let her touch it. *WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL*
