Everyone on staff, from the front office to the back are absolutely amazing. They take the time to explain everything to you AND your child. From weighted blankets to medication if needed, they go above and beyond to ensure comfort, compassion, and quality dental work.

We've been patients of Dr. Poiset for over 9 years, and we've been so happy with his care. My oldest has had some serious dental issues, but he always takes the time to explain his recommendations for procedures--don't hesitate to ask questions. Even my dentist father approved of Dr. Poiset and the way his office is run. Most importantly, my children feel completely comfortable and at-ease with him. Since Dr. Poiset has moved to his new office, we've never had to wait long, much to my children's chagrin (their room video games are great). We usually see the same staff members welcoming us every time. We pay out of pocket to see him, but I find the care and experience is worth it.

Went in with my 8yr old son for his scheduled appointment when they called him back I went to go with him when they told me “no he goes back by himself.” what kinda hickory is this? My son has only met this dentist one other time. He did not feel safe! I explained that to the dentist and she did not care. She then said there was a policy in place to allow her to take kids back without their parents. I never received or signed this policy. I told her that and she didn’t care. I will NEVER come back!
