Dr. Tran, I’m writing this review to let you know how displeased I am with my recent visit to your office. When I walked in, I was prepared to get a root canal. However, after you gave me the anesthetic injections and before the procedure could even start, I got up from the chair and left. You weren’t sensitive at all to my fear of dentists. The shots were really painful. And when I did stand up, it was because I just couldn’t take it anymore. But instead of understanding that and seeing what we could do together, you threatened to fight me outside. I’m absolutely shocked by your behavior. As a dentist you should be caring about your patient’s well-being and comfort. But instead you were aggressive, insensitive, and extremely unprofessional. Never in my life will I recommend anyone come to your office. If anyone is considering going to your office, please find another dentist. There are many qualified ones here in practice that are compassionate about their patients’ fears and pain. Si

I just had the most relaxing root canal ever! I took a nap for an hour! Woke up very refreshed but my jaw was numb from the anesthesia. Lol... The restroom was very clean! That's important to me. The staff was knowledge and professional. I did not feel a thing during the root canal. I did get a free toothbrush and tooth paste. Amazing experience!!! Come get your root canal done here!!!

Dr. Tran did an amazing job on my mom's root canal. The staff were very pleasant and professional from start to finish. They seated her right away and got the process started by doing the initial x-ray scan. My mom said the whole process was painless and easy. The whole time Dr. Tran worked on her tooth, he explained everything in detail. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping patients. Afterwards, Vanessa took additional x-rays to make sure everything looked good. The scheduling process with their office was also seamless. The front desk was very accommodating of her schedule change. Their equipment is also top-notch and state of the art! I highly recommend this office and wouldn't send my mom anywhere else in San Diego.
