I am not one to write a lot of reviews… With that being said, I’m taking the time today to thank Dr. Zimmerman and his staff for taking such great care of me. I had been suffering with a terrible toothache for 2 weeks waiting in my regular dentist to get me in. I couldn’t stand it anymore and called Dr Zimmerman’s office on a Tuesday and was promptly seen the very next day for a root canal. Procedure was gentle end fast. I didn’t even need a Tylenol the next day. It was immediate relief and for that I am thankful.
Best root canal experience I have had! Dr Zimmerman worked me in same day for an emergency. I did not even need Advil when the numbness wore off. His technique was gentle and thorough. Highly recommend!
Was referred by my regular dentist, and needed to have 2 teeth with root canals re-done. He did one at a time, since the xray did not clearly identify which tooth was causing the issue. After cleaning out the first tooth, and running into a pocket of infection, he decided to temporarily fill the tooth, let the infection subside, and return later to finish the first and start the second tooth. Pain was severe, and I had to beg for pain med script. (and no, I am not a pill seeker, and rarely take any med unless absolutely necessary). I returned for the second visit, and we decided to clean it out, and leave both teeth temporarily filled until all infection had subsided. I made it clear that I would only proceed if he promised to write pain med script up front. He did, but only for 4 pills. And refused to prescribe a second round of antibiotics. I had to go to another doctor to get antibiotics. Then, when he finally completed the procedure for both teeth, he did such a poor job o
