Best root canal experience ever! I was so relaxed, and almost fell asleep during the procedure, Dr.Oswald is very professional, he explains the procedure well, listens to the patient and excellent bedside manner, not only to patients i heard him said “thank you “ many times to her assistant Belen who's also very professional and Brooke front desk lady is very efficient. My name is Angelina. I was his patient, and I would say the best service I have ever received. He explained the procedure very well. Dr. Oswald is very caring and knowledgeable about what he does; as a patient, I felt his warm and caring attitude. He always made sure that I was very comfortable while he performed the procedure. I am such a baby when it comes to pain, but he paused to make me comfortable by giving more numbing medication I felt terrible for being such a pain to interrupt his work, but I never felt irritation from him he is very kind. His staff were all very nice and kind as well you could tell from the staff behavior that they been treated very well by him.

Dr. Oswald and his team at Precision Endodontics are THE BEST! I have had a few root canals before, and I was SO pleased with the caring, personal attention that I sat down to share my experience with anyone needing root canal therapy. I no longer call it a "root canal." That phrase brings instant concern, or anxiety. Root canal THERAPY emphasizes care for your health, and recognizes many of us have had bad experiences at dentists or Endodontist's offices. You will only get excellent care from Dr. Oswald and it will exceed your expectations for a positive outcome. Precision Endodontics was not covered by my insurance, and I am so glad I didn't "go in network."
