I have been taking my daughter here for a few years now for her braces. The staff has always been kind and professional. Thank you LaTres, Wakela, and Dr. Lewis for making the whole experience a pleasant one.
My daughter got her braces off a few months ago and they said they’ll call us when her retainer is ready and we have heard nothing. We have left at least 6-8 messages (because they never answer the phone) and no one has called us back! Also during her treatment it was impossible to reschedule appointments due to illness or school obligations (state testing). If you did you had to wait another 4-6 weeks then got “in trouble” for doing so. They made us sign a form saying they could stop treatment because we had to reschedule 2 appointments. I recommend going anywhere but here!
Had such a great experience they are absolutely professional and very nice would recommend my family and friends ❤️
