Premier Dental Group of Knoxville is one of the best dental facilities that I have gone to, let me tell you why. Premier is very clean, the doctor's and staff are very knowledgeable and kind. I haven't been to a dentist in many years cause of my fears and also of the expense. They were very gentle and they explained my care plan In such a way it was easy to understand. And the nice lady over the financing made it possible for me to get everything that I need done with an easy payment plan. I'm kicking myself because I did not find premier dental group sooner thanks premier dental group for providing great service and comfort see you soon!

I had to make an emergency appointment, my first time at the practice and ended up needing a root canal. Dr. Matthews and his assistant were so comforting and walked me through all of my options with the insurance coordinator. Everyone at the front desk helped me work out how to get my prescription and were so patient when there were issues. I would recommend their professionalism and patient care to anyone.
