Premier Dental Partners Downtown

My crown fell out and I visited this downtown office. The front desk receptionist was very polite and professional. The tech never introduced herself. She took X-rays. The dentist came in, introduced herself. She recommended that I have a new crown and said there wasn’t enough tooth to rebuild and use the crown that fell off. No problem, I asked that she submit a predetermination to the insurance to ensure coverage. In the meantime, she asked the tech to temporarily cement in my original crown. During the process, the tech positioned the crown on my tooth and asked how did it feel. I advised the tech that it didn’t feel like it was sitting right, she said she didn’t know why since all she was doing was putting it back in. She went ahead and temporarily cemented it in without attempting to first make an adjustment. Needless to say, it felt awful. Originally, I figured I’ll just wait since I had an appointment in two weeks to have my crown replaced. But it was grinding my b

Friendly reminders as well as friendly service, the appointment was quick and helpful, also they have an amazingly gorgeous women at the front and she was so sweet. Highly recommended

Dr. Whissler is fantastic, I had a crown done and was nervous about it. Its all finished now and it feels great. He is a nice and understanding dentist. Hard to find if you ask me. The rest of the office treats me very kindly and are professional. Thank you Premier Dental!
