I can't say enough wonderful things about this dental practice. I was in a lot of pain when I called & the receptionist was so kind in getting me an appointment ASAP. Everyone in the office is kind & caring. The Endodontist & his assistant are incredibly skilled & they made me feel so comfortable & I knew I was in good hands. The root canal was pain free & extremely fast. I read tons of excellent reviews about this office prior to my visit & I can definitely say that every excellent review is absolutely true! As another reviewer said, I don't want to "need" another root canal but if I do, I will be happy to go back to this office. I am so thankful I found them & I hope they know how much I appreciate everything they did for me.

After two consecutive horrible experiences at other practices I was even more nervous than I imagine is typical when scheduling a root canal at Cary Endodontics, but they exceeded expectations and went above and beyond to solve my problem when it was not at all their fault. They handled a chaotic scheduling process with an upset potential patient professionally and got me in the next morning, which was incredible given that the other places I had tried wanted me to wait 1-3+ weeks for an appointment when I could not sleep or eat due to tooth pain. With my anxiety I am sure I was a pain to work with (pun intended), but everyone there was kind, and I can tell that Dr. Reynolds is extremely good at what he does. It was more expensive and a further drive for me but both of those things were completely worth it. I wish I had gone here from the start and will certainly do so if I ever need a similar treatment (hopefully not!). If you need a root canal please do not even consider going a
