It has been a while since I need to see an endodontic. I immediately thought of Dr. Fang from who I have received excellent dental care before. Making the appointment was very easy. The office staff was very courteous. After the office staff verified my insurance, they even called to inform me exactly how much my insurance would be charged and what will be my copay. I've never had an dental office do that for me. I definitely appreciate this information before heading to the dental office. When I arrived, I was very impressed with the thoughtfulness of the office staff and the precautionary measures taken for COVID. Since I had to drive more than an hour to get there, the office staff immediately showed me where the restroom was. I was the only patient there at that time, because they made sure all patients are scheduled apart from each other. The office staff sprayed my shoes and asked me to put on shoe covers. His staff is very friendly and treats me well, started by taking x-rays and explained to me the details of treatment.
