Prime Smile East

My kids have been going there for years. The customer service has went down hill!!! They are so rude on the phone and the desk. Children Dental was better. Don’t go here! We been going here for 21 years and I just pulled all 8 kids from this dentist office.

New location, excellent treatment. Recommended 100%. My son went alone inside but he liked the experienced and he was content with the way he was treated without mommy. I was reluctant to take him to the dentist before find out about prime smile east but now I will take my son for treatments and regular visits. All personnel are amazing and caring for our little ones.

They did a good job in general with the work done however the nurse told me I was comforting my child too much and that it was "over stimulating" that I asked a question I understand people have a job to do but if you can't take someone reassuring their child while a procedure is being done then you probably shouldn't work there. The dentist herself was good though. Also they sent home NO after care instructions for my child which was terrible and dangerous!!
