The staff was very friendly and took their time making sure all my questions were answered and getting me set up for my payment plans and future appointments.

If I could have given them zero stars I would have but there wasnt the option. 1 star is being generous. They used to be my favorite they changed into a new office have all completely different staff (payson office) we get transferred around to this office which would be fine but for my husbands check up they did not do a cleaning charged us for it and said he needed to schedule for a deep cleaning which also would be fine expect they would not schedule it the day he was available because it was just TOO annoying for the girl scheduling the appointment to open up the correct day he needed (her actual response). She still scheduled it for the day he said he could not make it to so of course he missed it. Tried calling to reschedule it and get corporate office where they insist we have to pay for the cleaning over the phone when they’ve already charged our insurance for a normal cleaning that they never even attempted to do because he needed a deep cleaning.
