I am seeing the dental surgeon for a wisdom teeth extraction next week and I just got a call today that there was a pricing error and now have to pay double what I was told weeks ago. Sadly, I know there is nothing I can do about it. I need this surgery very badly before I get some sort of infection (they are crooked and coming in not right at all) and am then forced to get them removed, but I felt it was very unprofessional and very underhanded a bit. I wish they would have called me weeks ago instead of today. Just make sure and double check the math is right before you're stuck like I am. Hopefully the surgery itself is a breeze and easy.

I had the misfortune of taking care of my son in this place. I do not recommend it when I contract the plan. The answer was yes, if I wanted to, I could renew it, it turns out that they are already charging me for three months, add it since the plan expired, but I don't know why, in a very tangled part of the contract, it says that I must write a letter and many other things to cancel it so they will not refund the three additional months that were charged but as a favor they can cancel my membership everything is very convenient for them because the 57 dollars that were paid more are not returned in addition to having paid 285 dollars for two dental cleanings and a lousy attention I do not recommend this place to anyone even a lack of transparency and far from solving returning the money that is not theirs to collect because it was not used for anything, they just leave it for themselves and only cancel future payments. Professional dental is the bomb! I had a 30 year old bridge replaced. Everything was amazing.(well as amazing as going to the dentist can be) The front end receptionist was very professional and helped me with all the insurance and cost. Dr Conner was very gentle and explained everything. I have seen Shantell 3 times now for cleanings and she did a great job.
